History of Tapas Gold and Tapas Cielo
From December 2023, the reins of Tapas Cielo were taken over by new management and ownership, ushering in a new era under the name Tapas Gold!
For personal reasons, Sam as manager of the Tapas Cielo brand owned by Long Island Ltd exited the bar scene, paving the way for a group of investors and Tapas enthusiasts to acquire the establishment on the 1st of December 2023.
Under this fresh ownership, the essence of the beloved Tapas Cielo has been preserved, with a continued focus on exceptional food, cocktails, and service.
Renovations have been executed in line with the original vision, while most of the loyal staff from Tapas Cielo remain an integral part of the new Tapas Gold family!
